At Hitch Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Size Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a product that does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In its original condition
    • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect item delivered
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Incorrect products delivered
    • Orders canceled by Hitch Store
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Size-related issues after the exchange period has expired

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • For size exchanges, customers may be required to pay applicable shipping charges.
  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), Hitch Store will bear the shipping cost.
