At Hitch Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Size Exchange Policy
- If you receive a product that does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect products delivered
- Orders canceled by Hitch Store
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Size-related issues after the exchange period has expired
Exchange Shipping Charges
- For size exchanges, customers may be required to pay applicable shipping charges.
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), Hitch Store will bear the shipping cost.
